All of our beef is processed at the NCMC (Northern Co-operative Meat Company) facility in northern New South Wales, a Tier 2 export facility known for its high standards in processing and quality control. This ensures that every cut meets rigorous safety and freshness standards, guaranteeing exceptional quality and consistency.
Farmers Choice Meats offers a wide variety of beef products, including whole carcasses, sides, forequarters, and hindquarters, as well as an extensive range of carton meats. We pack beef from budget-friendly options to premium MB2 cuts, with each cut individually packed to meet our customers’ specific needs. Every product reflects our dedication to delivering top-quality, flavourful beef that consistently meets the highest industry standards.
Our Pork
Farmers Choice Meats is committed to sourcing only the finest quality pork from trusted producers in the Darling Downs, Queensland, and the Northern Rivers of Northern New South Wales. We work exclusively with local farms that adhere to the highest standards of animal welfare, ensuring our pork is 100% sow stall-free. This commitment to ethical farming practices ensures that our products meet the highest quality standards while supporting the well-being of the animals.
To guarantee the freshness of our products, we receive daily deliveries of fresh pork, ensuring that every cut is premium and freshly processed. Our streamlined supply chain ensures consistent quality, allowing us to provide our customers with top-tier products every time.
We offer a wide range of pork products, including whole carcasses and broken carcasses such as shoulders, hinds, middles (both bone-in and boneless), trunks, barrels, and legs. Additionally, we provide an extensive selection of carton meats, including leg and shoulder cuts, as well as all retail-ready cuts. We also offer a variety of pork bones to meet diverse culinary requirements.
